Job requirements

About You

  • You see yourself thriving in the world of value chain transformation based on your experiences:
    • You have been involved in improvement projects or may have been responsible for specific tasks or deliverables within projects, and thus you have contributed to project planning, execution, or monitoring of project progress.
    • You have preferably 2 years of experience in a supply chain and operations role such as (to name only a few) inventory analyst, E2E planner, S&OP planner, Production Scheduler, Warehouse Manager and Logistics Manager.
    • You have a basic understanding but above all interest in supply chain tools and have worked with an ERP. You don’t shy away from some data analytics.
    • You’re passionate about supply chain and operations, staying updated on the latest trends and developments.

Responsibilities: Create, edit, and maintain a wide variety of documentation including SOPs, safety and equipment procedures, maintenance guides, technical reports, and operational excellence procedures. Translate complex technical and scientific information into clear, concise, and user-friendly documents. Collaborate with subject matter experts while managing documentation projects independently. Ensure all documents meet regulatory, quality, and GMP standards. Work within electronic document management systems, particularly Veeva (experience desirable, training can be provided). Provide flexible support to align with global teams and project needs. Requirements: Strong technical background, ideally with a PhD and relevant industry experience. Proven track record of producing technical documentation in biopharma, life sciences, or related regulated industries. Experience with technical transfers, technical reporting, or scientific documentation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. Vickerstock are working in partnership with a growing manufacturing business on the appointment of a Supply Chain Project Planner on a full-time permanent basis. This is a newly created position to compliment the strong period of growth that our client are experiencing. As the Supply Chain Project Planner you will work liaise extensively with key suppliers to ensure that plant and materials are delivered within the agreed time frame to ensure full alignment with the project programme. You will report directly to the Head of Procurement.
